A revelation

I have been using the unflavoured version of the Super Elixir and it took a few days to find the best way to drink it. I add it to my shake in the morning or in my water bottle to drink throughout the day. From the very first day, I immediately noticed I felt fuller and had less to no sweet cravings in the afternoon.
