The Magic Red Plum
We use this for a mochi donut glaze. The "Sour Plum" mochi donut is dusted with a little sour sugar. To give it a bit more punch. However, alone, it is reminiscent of a sweet tart (or smarties) without the chalkiness!!! Its my favorite Amoretti product.
