I have sampled every eggnog on the market always looking for a healthier mix with the commercial flavor of eggnog. Thanks to Grok AI, I was told about commercial flavoring and discovered Amoretti. Eggnog Compound is the secret ingredient that produces the flavor I was looking for. Here is my recipe for one cup of eggnog. 2/3 cup whole milk, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp Amoretti Eggnog Compound, 4 tsp sweetener (I used Monk and Erythritol) a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp of vanilla and 1/8 tsp nutmeg. I blended it with an immersion blender. Identical taste and thickness to commercial eggnog without added sugar, eggs, gums and other nasties. While there are eggs and sugars in the eggnog compound, it is minimal in a teaspoon. I was initially afraid to invest $100 in an unknown flavoring, but so glad I did. It is amazing and allows me to make a more healthy eggnog.

Intense flavor

Great flavor, a little goes a long way. In the past I’ve just added nutmeg and cinnamon and called it eggnog, now this product gets me closer to the real taste.
