Wall Amigo

I have a corner in my shop that is a mini(very mini) gym. I placed the Wall Amigo close by at an open space on the wall. Just what I needed to motivate me to do my sit ups during my workout.

I bought this with the explicit goal of modifying it into a permanent Nordic curl station. I’m 6’2 and 220 lbs so I wasn’t sure it would work since that’s a lot of leverage to put on it. Well, I’m happy to say with some larger lag bolts and careful measurement it works perfectly and still also works for crunches! I’ve been recommending the ab-amigo to everyone.
