I have suffered from plantar fasciitis and have had plantar fascia release surgery. These socks provide excellent support especially with the recovery from the surgery. They are also very comfortable when worn for extended periods, for weight training and cardio exercises using feet. I have a long history of running and various sporting pursuits and I rate these as the best sock I have ever worn.

My partner struggles with poor circulation and finds that these socks help considerably with that problem, however he does continually put his finger through the socks making holes in them as he tries putting them on
