The Tree Mount Anchor is a very useful attachment

The tree anchor is an improvement over anchoring to trees with a webbing strap. It's better to have the winch up off the ground a bit, allowing for easier operation, and it keeps the winch from bouncing around so much (which has to be better for the unit). I have also used the trailer hitch mount, which is also an improvement over the webbing strap. If there is a tree to anchor to, I'll use the tree mount, and use the trailer hitch anchor otherwise. I use the winch for logging on my own property and have been a satisfied owner for 10 years now.
