Great After Sales Service

Received my tool-only sprayer and it sadly did not work out of the box. Went to the support website and found the troubleshooting descriptions and associated videos which were a huge help in diagnosing the issue - a bad circuit board. Phoned support and immediately was connected with a live human being who obviously knew the equipment inside and out - he set me up with a replacement circuit board (gratis) which I had in my hands in a week. Installation was a breeze and the sprayer works perfectly now. Cheers to FZ!

Wowed!

I'm just amazed at how simple it was to swap this out and how it was just what my backpack needed to come back to life. I'm used to having to cut and solder Ryobi parts and customer service that can't remember that they make backpack sprayers.. SO GLAD to be done with that.

Customer service was very responsive and shipped the replacement part quickly. Works great too (make sure you pay attention to the polarity of the wires!)
