Emailed asking about set screw size to replace worn ones, prompt answer and received several sets of them for all possible tool sizes before i had a chance to go buy some. While would have been satisfied with just the answer- you all went above and beyond!! Thanks again.

I put the new screws in my handle and no more coming loose while I'm Turing! Thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service! Now, I really don't want to have to wrap my handle. But it keeps turning my hand black. I know this will keep happening because of sweat and aluminum. Any ideas on your end? Thanks
