3-Day Cleanse

I was so surprised at how good the juices tasted!!! I didnt lose but a couple of pounds but my goal was to just do sort of a re-set from food noise. Day two was hard, but after day three the cravings for junk food and sweets had basically disappeared. Will definitely do this again when needed. Lisa
