Great Products, Poor Customer Experience

The actual tangible products offered by Make Nice Company are great! However, the process of purchasing online and picking up left so so much to be desired. Having to advance schedule a 10m window for pickup, and only on Tuesdays to Thursdays prior to 4pm, is so inconvenient that I will be looking for other retailers that produce the same product. Not being able to swing by to pickup when I happen to be in the area, or ask my partner to pick up whenever they get off work has completely negated the things we were excited about choosing a local business for. This is not a unique product, and unless the process of purchase becomes easier we will be going with a different producer for the future.

Excellent product

I love this soap! It’s gentle on my hands and cuts grease. When I have extra greasy pans I just soap the my scrubby twice and voila the grease is gone. This is my second purchase and there’s no going back for me. There unscented soap is perfect for me as I have chemical sensitivities.
