It’s always good, although I like the light roast in this, not medium.

Had high hopes for this one, unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. Maybe it’s just a personal preference thing. I usually love bright, winey acidity like Ethiopia, but for some reason my palate did not appreciate the combination of the flavors here. I’ve tried adjusting brewing time, different tools, cold brew etc., and it’s just not pleasant for me. Still recommend it though since a lot of people seem to enjoy it.
