Havent contacted the company yet ! I love the brushes . However this order came with a damage brush bristles. I was sad for $20 a brush.
The shampoo seems to have changed also .

Bamboo Detangle brush
I really like the brush. I had previously never used a detangling brush. This prevents the pain that is usually associated with combing my hair out of the shower.
