I really like this...
I really like this soy sauce. I can't describe it, but it seems to be more flavorful (and less salty) than Japanese style soy. Also, I like that it is gluten-free so I don't have to worry about gluten-free members of the family.

Must-Have Staples for Taiwanese Cooking
I was on the waitlist for these to re-stock, and I ordered it as soon as it was available again! These have become two of my favorite soy sauces to have in my pantry at all times! The soy sauce is delicious by itself, and it has become one of my favorites to use in all of my dishes (lu rou fan, dipping sauces, and even sushi).
The soy paste is excellent to top steamed veggies, dan bing (or any egg dish), and to use as a thick dipping sauce paired with garlic for dumplings. I've searched for a lot of sweet soy pastes that are like the ones you find in Taiwan, and this is the one I've landed on! Definitely give these two a try!
