You\n Definitely need to tighten up your process. This gift card was used with a stolen credit card. You emailed the credit card to someone that didn't have my email address. That random user from an email address that does not belong to me and they went ahead and used it to purchase products from your site to ship to an address that does not belong to me. I have filed a police report reported you to the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint with my credit card company as well.
