Great for Valentine’s Day and Spring

I absolutely love this dip. I ended up doing a first coat and removing the chunky heart glitters then did a second dip and hand placed each heart and the end result was gorgeous. But after seeing the first step with the hearts removed I realize this would be a great spring glitter dip as well. And the glow is incredibly bright after you cure in a UV.
