Hoodie is great, service awful

The hoodie us amazing quality. So soft and comfortable. I totally recommend ordering 2 sizes bigger, for an oversized feel. There is a lack of communication on orders unless you reach out yourself. It would be nice if changes and delays were communicated with customers. Took almost 3 weeks to get the goodie, so order way before you actually need it.
