Zippers Don't work
The boots were cute but the zippers refused to open or close. Got them open after working on them for a few minutes, but then I couldn't close them. The zippers are just defective. Had to return them.

I love them! These shoes run true to size (I’m a size 8) and are pretty comfortable to walk in. The zippers on the sides of the shoes can be a bit difficult zip up, but become easier to move after a few uses. Super fast shipping. Thank u!!

Shoes look and fit great but the zipper (which is the only real way to put the shoes on) is basically non-functional. It required an unholy amount of WD-40 and wax before it could slide easily. Giving it a one star because it's still a huge PITA to put the boots on; like if we knew the zipper was going to be this annoying we probably wouldn't have bought the boots at all.
