The picture arrived in perfect condition and the gallery were really helpful throughout the shopping process. The problem was there was more to the shopping than expected, I had to pay fees/taxes, and fill out a export form for UPS. The UPS emails all looked fake so I kept ignoring them, particularly as they were asking for money. If I was more aware of the shipping process it would have been perfect. The gallery itself was really good though and I am considering buying again.
