Bolted Quickly
I had high hopes for this spinach for better bolting resistance. It bolted before the spinach was even 4" high. All of it, and it hasn't even gotten that hot here in north Idaho. I also purchased the variety called 'Space' and it was planted at exactly the same time as 'Red Tabby' and it has not bolted. Going to have to recommend Space over Red Tabby.

Amazing spinach
Not just for the added color but it is a superb spinach for fresh eating and cooking. Great texture. New favorite

A Beauty to Behold
This was a first for me and Red Tabby. It is all it promises. Quick, large leaves, but the beauty is something to behold. Serve with Detroit Red beets on your next salad with some goat cheese and cranberries! Gourmet meal!
