ALL METAL AND VERY DURABLE!

This is a very handy little item, just fit it on top of your light stand spigot and tighten the knob on the side, then attach any other item (within its weight limits) with 1/4" opening x 20 thread on the top.

Solid!

I have been using these with the Strobepro LED’s for about a month now and I couldn’t be more pleased. They’re a small but an important piece to the overall package and they’re solid as can be. I would definitely buy these again.
