Beautiful Bright and Flashy.....
Raspberry Tarte is awesome! I purchased it hoping to use it on a black base for a tumbler and it did NOT disappoint! OMG!! It stood out and gave brilliant color and coverage! So in love..... that I used it to make a matching set of pens!
