Very impressed with their customer service

I had ordered seeds for a project at work and needed them by a specific date. When, after several days, I didn't hear back that they'd shipped, I decided to reach out. I was informed that shipments were delayed as a result of some renovations and mine hadn't gone out yet (I was aware of this possibility when I ordered). When I explained my situation, they ended up expediting me my package that day. Very grateful for this level of customer service! Thank you!
