Notched Straight Edge

Good value, definitely straight

I bought this straight edge after wasting money on a cheaper one. When it arrived I checked this one against a reference surface and it was exactly straight. I like that it doesn't have sharp edges so I don't have to worry about scratching fretboards when using it.

As advertised

Wanted quality without breaking the bank. Works as it should. Makes easy work for setting up the neck. IF I had an issue (I don't) it wouldn't hurt to be a bit longer to cover the entire fretboard.

Straight Edge

I tested this notched straight edge against two other known straight edges and this notched double sided straight edge is straight and fairly easy to read, for me at least, with the black back ground. Some markings would have been nice but the overall product appears well made and sturdy. It lined up with the frets on my Martin acoustic and lined up with notches from other brands notched straight edges (3x the price) concerning Fender, Gibson and others. I recommend this product and others by EG.
