Description
These Fret Press Inserts are made of brass, 63.50mm wide, the groove can keep the caul centered on the fret, fit our fret press caul and handheld fret press.
The 6" radius insert can be used for holding down the fret ends for gluing.

Fair price and nice quality fret press insert. groove for centering is machined well.

Great value and has changed everything for my fret installation
For very little money, I was able to use this and the holder on my drill press to transform the way I install frets. It works so much better than other methods of installation. I file off some of the barbs, then glue the frets into the slots with CA glue and clean up with acetone. I get perfectly seated frets that will not tear out the wood if I ever need to replace the frets.

Fret press caul and insert
Used my fret press caul and insert today. Made my fret jobs easier. This is a well made great product.
