Impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of the fret puller and chip guard. I have large hands and did not find the size of the tool to be an issue at all. I actually like how compact the tool is. Pre-heating your frets prior to removal is a good practice regardless of what tool is used, and the chip guard worked well to prevent chip damage. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to other instrument repair sites. The free shipping was indeed an added bonus. I'll be using this company's products more often.
