I absolutely love my quinoa flakes. I use it instead of porridge oats in the morning. I cook it then add my other ingredients and let it stand. Splash of oat milk to serve.

Lovely breakfast porridge
I make porridge using half milk and half apple juice, I add dried cranberries for extra sweetness. I sometimes add cinnamon, honey and chia. I add double cream if feeling extravagant! Lovely!

Great coeliac alternative to porridge if you cannot tolerate oats
