Helped me build a strong body and hydrated during my cardio sessions. But the taste of sour gummies is awful. I just couldn't drink it. Something was wrong with the flavour. I am returning this one and will try another flavour. I would really like you to make a product with stevia and not sucralose. Thanks

I find this to be the best product for me. Tried other brands etc, but this one seems to work best
