Tiny Dot Necklace

We had an issue with the chain breaking on a necklace with 4 of their smallest pendants. We were then told that the reason of the breaking was the weight of the pendants which was never articulated that some of the chains had a limit of what could be put on them. Although they repaired the necklace for us for free the first time, the second time we went in for a repair, they told us there was no discount that could be provided and I had to spend an extra $75 on a new chain in order for my mom to wear her Mothers Day gift that she had only been able to wear a total of 2 times. I have sent an email to the customer service team and am not satisfied with this purchase.

I recently sent a “W” initialed tiny dot necklace to my daughter who recently lost her beloved dog, Willow to cancer. She loves it! Thank you!!

I love this necklace. It is beautiful, the only thing I am not a huge fan of is the way it snags my hair. other than that I love this necklace
