We had an issue with the chain breaking on a necklace with 4 of their smallest pendants. We were then told that the reason of the breaking was the weight of the pendants which was never articulated that some of the chains had a limit of what could be put on them. Although they repaired the necklace for us for free the first time, the second time we went in for a repair, they told us there was no discount that could be provided and I had to spend an extra $75 on a new chain in order for my mom to wear her Mothers Day gift that she had only been able to wear a total of 2 times. I have sent an email to the customer service team and am not satisfied with this purchase.

My wife LOVES her necklace. She got it in silver. She wanted something simple and pretty that she could wear all the time. It is absolutely perfect. The box it came in was really pretty too. I wasn’t expecting that.
