Frame

I don't love the frame. It isn't super cute, and we have issues with the bed sliding off of it over time, and it doesn't seem to fit quite right? Its a bit too short. It also came damaged, but I will say! The support desk person was super helpful and did give us a discount. I know the damage wasn't Helix's fault, and I really do appreciate them willing to work with us on the issue. It has good stability and its nice that it was easy to assemble with no tools. Those are the only pluses in my opinion.

Helix Frame

Solid frame. Stable. Could be better if middle outside feet were inset a little bit. I keep stubbing my tow on them when making the bed. Also a bracket at the foot of the frame would help to keep the mattress from sliding back.

Missing bed parts.

My friend just arrived on Saturday. Since I am on vacation, it will not be installed until Tuesday. I would be glad to fill out your survey once I have an entire bed put together.
