The bed has been very good. No complaints. However, they need to pick a better delivery system. Took a month to get and sat in a depot for two weeks. Then drivers and their dispatcher were on different signals and drivers almost took off on us.

Great company, product and support
Fabulous support from Helix went above and beyond! I had an issue with my current foundation and they made sure I was satisfied with the solution and I will gladly sing their praises to people who ask my opinion. Would like to personally recognize Justin for his extraordinary support. Very good experience at sales times and beyond

Cheap Wood
Solidly built, soft fabric, easy to assemble and works great with my new Helix Elite mattress. There is velcro along the edges which helps keep the boards from sliding. However, I did notice some variation in length of the wood slates. A few just about made it across one side to the other without falling through.
