Like the foundation but one think I would change is keeping the slats in place should be easier as u put the mattress in it. It does have Velcro tabs but they are small and don’t hold well. But once the mattress is attached it is good

Helix Foundation Review

The frame and foundation offered the stability and strength needed to support and enhance our Helix mattress, unlike the old conventional frame. A great addition. We're glad we chose it!

Expensive for what you're getting

It is easy to put together if you have the empty floor space to do it. (Can you fit a second bed in your bedroom?) There are Velcro-ish patches that are supposed to keep there slats in place, but they are poor quality, as are the slats. I had bought a new Helix mattress from a local furniture store (Midnight Luxe, which we are very pleased with), and I wanted to replace the old box spring with a proper platform. I decided that I might as well stick with Helix, so I bought this. But after putting it together and putting the platform into the bed frame, I wondered why I couldn't have accomplished the same thing by just putting slats from a home store directly on the frame. They certainly would have been better quality pieces of wood than what came from Helix. The answer, of course, is that I also wanted the extra height that the platform gives. But I didn't have a warm feeling about "value for money. " Bottom line: mattress, great; platform, meh.
