Bad remote design

The base works very well and is very quiet. The remote control needs a lot of work because one cannot feel any of the control buttons and pushing where the buttons might be in the dark is just guessing. Huge design flaw.

Is there a way to keep the mattress from sliding down creating a gap for the pillows to fall in?

I had an adjustable base bed previously, which was very heavy duty and well-made. This frame is very different, seems to work well. I like the massage. I have no complaints thus far with this adjustable frame, the only thing is the mattress slides down away from the headboard, even with that piece at the foot of the bed. That gets a bit, annoying as the pillow tends to want to fall into that gap. Have to adjust it a lot.

My only complaint is the king bed frame is a bit longer the the king bed itself so you will have a gap at the head or foot. However I’m guessing that’s by design so you can adjust the frame
