Beware: colors do not match

The basket I received did not match the product photos AT ALL. The listing shows a dark espresso finish but I received a much lighter ash brown basket with an auburn handle. When I contacted customer service I was told I’d be responsible for the return shipping ($18) even though the basket was not as advertised. After I responded with side-by-side photos showing the difference, they stopped responding altogether. Misleading photos and even worse customer service. I would not recommend.

Most Beautiful Basket

This is such a treasure. I absolutely love it. The design is gorgeous the quality is superior and it looks beautiful in my sewing room. Thank you to The Basket Lady I will be reordering another type of your baskets soon!

Gathering Basket

this is the second basket I’ve purchased. This basket is made as well as the last one. It’s very attractive and sturdy. It arrived swiftly too! I’m giving this as a gift. Thank you, basket lady :)
