Transition Elbow

Great quality and comes in a reusable bag. The pads themselves are medium-soft, but are pretty heavy duty, while their positoning makes the arm flex very smoothly. If you were looking for elbow protection that doesnt feel incredibly bulky or constricting, this is as good as it gets. Once you go more minimalistic than this you are basically only protecting yourself from scrapes, but these split the difference and can take some decent impacts and can potentially save you a trip to the hospital if yoy crash at the pump track/doing small jumps or fast berms. For me, with skinnier upper arms, medium is just tight enough to stay in place, but tight at the forearm. Im pretty lanky, so if you are thicker or muscular go with large.

Super comfy all mountain pads. Almost like a compression sock at first then they break in nicely and get super comfy.
