Die-cast alloy threaded connector

The replacement connector (purchased 2 of them) failed to be properly drilled through the connector for a riveted connection to my net. A quick fix by drilling through the connector allowed be to utilize a stainless steel bolt and stainless nylon nut to properly fix the issue. My concern remains regarding the longevity of the cast connector which is why I purchased 2 of them as shipping equaled the cost of a single part. I was very pleased that a replacement part existed and at a reasonable price. Shipping was very timely subsequent to my order so the net is back in service.

Ordered the medium and large S2 nets. Will be perfect for inshore and nearshore. The slider is great for those fish that typically stay just out of net range
