I guess I misunderstood what the point of this book was. I thought it was to help you get better at skills like their other books. Its just a handful of bodyweight workouts for travel and such. Great, but I could go on Wodwell and get that for free.

I wanted something to help me achieve my fitness goals without the need of a gym. I will continue cycling through till I get all RX. Easy to follow and options for any level. Love it
