Day at the Races in London

Well, West Indian chap newly moved to London, what a day at the Ascot. The customer service was ace - they measured me, explained the process and within minutes i was fitted with a lovely hat (one that i am sure i will use again for other City events and formal events across England as i explore this lovely country).
