Relaxing and Great Respiratory Helper

I use this every night to help me to relax and breath well as I sleep. I have been using along with the Sleep Tight, Breath Easy and Peppermint oils in my diffuser. I also have a travel diffuser that fits in my carry-on which allows me to take these with me on any trip. If you or a loved one has issues breathing at night, I highly recommend give this combo a try for at least a month.

Strong scent, light touch

I was surprise how it worked at night time. With the a/c running sometimes your nose running or there’s phlegm in your throat, it worked nicely to dry it out by the morning.
