An absolute surprise! Mildly sweet with a crisp light cucumber finish and a perfect duo with Chelsea Gem. A wonderful addition to any brunch menu and pairs equally well with mimosas & mint juleps.

Loved these guys. Shipping came next day, all oysters were alive, plump and doing well. Flavor was great on them also; mild brine with a more vegetal flavor and sweet notes while being very mild on the mineral taste.
