The product took a long time to arrive. I tried to prepay to reserve one and pick it up but was told that this is not an option. That's not a service model for us that works very well.... But I am only one customer so I get it. Would also help if you guys could be open on Saturday mornings as it's inconvenient to be able to go only on the weekdays for limited hours.
