Fire Plugs

I feel like the customer service was extremely lacking. My order was placed and was pending for 2 weeks. After multiple attempts to email and call, phone is disconnected, i send multiple FB messages and they finally responded. I ordered the round mental case, they were out of stock. I finally settled on the rectangular case. I feel like they should have reached out far sooner. I finally received the product, seems legit.

Every part is great. Love the larger rod. Stricker right size sharp. And then the awesome starters 1 strike FLAME. They are in all packs and vehicles.

Worked well but definitely wasn't as wind proof as they said. I was able to blow it right out.
