The order process was smooth and warm.
This custom ring exceeds my expectations!! It is substantial, detailed, crisp, very bright, and sparkly!!!!
My only suggestion is to alert your customer via email/text once their special order has shipped.
I hadn't heard anything, and my order online still showed a status of unfulfilled, so I was concerned.
A recap: I placed my special order on December 30, 2025. I alerted all sorts of avenues of communication on January 20, 2026 to find out my order status. I was quickly alerted that my special order was on its way via UPS that very day.
My order arrived the very next day, on January 21st!
