Love the seasonings and so does everyone in my house! With the over-processed foods being sold and store bought seasoning being so unhealthy and high in sodium, my family made a pact to start eating better. I love that the 'Meal Prep' kit has everything we need for every dish and makes it all taste amazing! Even has my teen son leaving his favorite alone (old bay on everything) to use Dr. Flava's brand.

No Flavor Missing and Less Salt!

I grew using traditional seasonings, but needed something that had less salt and still taste good. DR FLAVA SPICES definitely delivers and it's healthy. I use them to cook all my meals and really enjoyed the healthy recipes.
