I like the fact that I don't have to take other vitamins to get what these have. It may seem costly but in the long run it's a great investment.

After completing my first bottle l must say l have not felt or seen much difference but have decided to give it another month with my second bottle. I was hoping to see if l had more energy after the first month

I usually find it hard to recognize if a vitamin is working. Not this time. I have noticed a drastic improvement in my running. My recovery time is reduced and my heel soreness after a run has improved greatly.
