Ordered 4 wheels but they weren’t delivered to me, FedEx tried to locate packages but couldn’t find them and instructed me to contact the shipper JNC wheels so they could initiate lost package claim which i did. JNC did file that claim, i spoke with FedEx and FedEx did find in their favor and FedEx issued payment to JNC for the lost packages but JNC is refusing to refund me.
