used in cake icing -beautiful finish!!
I’ve never used this before but made an icing that had heavy cream in the ingredients and the sodium citrate helped to keep the icing thick. The recipe is from “Love Manuela”

Did not work for what was intended here. I am sure it has other uses that it is much suited for.

The sodium citrate was part of the ingredients for a delicious icing and it made it even more wonderful!!!
