It took a bit of tinkering to figure out the delay off. It came default at 5 or 10 seconds but i wanted no delay. There are microswitches in the back of the wall unit that need to be adjusted for that. There are also switches in the remote that arent needed for this change. The unit is great quality and works perfectly.
