"Bad Seed"
I have no trust in this issue being taking care of but I'll explain the problem! I ordered products from Hancock seed over the past years with no problems, Always I purchased clover & chicory with near perfect results. The chicory seed this year did not let me down and the deer even lay in it and eat. The clover is a different story. All the other years I grew seed from Hancock I had great results but this year I tried twice growing this in different food plots with poor results. I have been farming and plating food plots for over 35 years I have all the farm equipment and soil testing done with any amendments added as needed. The weather has been perfect for germination and growing for what has germinated. The reason I waited to respond to the customer survey was to give adequate time to see how the clover would do and it was a failure to say the least along with time and money! I live in a big farming district along with many wild game hunters and I get asked about my food plots and how I'm making out with them as us farmers & hunters do. Well some encouraged me to let Hancock Seed know the issue and maybe they will stand good for it. After seeing how the seed turned out the 2nd time I decided to do just that so here is my survey.

Pasture recovery
I probably waited too late to drill the seeds, but we got em in the ground. My goal is forage diversity so I drilled not only the usual fall crop of ryes but chicory and some clover also. I believe the chicory is trying to break thru the soil but the temp may be limiting the growth. I will keep an eye on it to see how it does. Thanks to Hancock seed for prompt packaging and shipping.
