I really like the Halodetox! I'm a big water drinker and this just adds a new depth to my water. I've had hypothyroidism for over 36 years and most likely Hashimoto's for at least half as much time. I do not expect these products to heal me immediately, but like the tortoise that won the race, slow and steady to improve the fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, etc. At least it is a step in the right direction!

I haven’t started the thiodine yet but already I feel like the first two products are helping me. I don’t feel perpetually dehydrated like usual and I have noticed that I wake up a lot more refreshed. I’m excited to continue the program!

Still figuring it out

The company seems to be a good company and they are very responsive to questions. I’m finishing up month 2 so it’s a work in progress. So far I haven’t noticed much change but I do believe when your fixing a long term problem naturally that it can take many months to start seeing true change. I do feel like the halo detox has been helpful for water absorption. Hopefully in a couple months I can edit my review to the changes I’m noticing.
