Beautiful but didn’t live up to expectations

Two things. The infinity necklace is so beautiful but there’s a design flaw. When worn, the diamond aspect flips to the back every time so it can’t be seen. This happens even when it’s been switched around so I wonder if it’s a weighting issue or simply a fault with the necklace. I asked then about returning it but I was told that it was over the 30 day return period. Yet it took more than 30 days to be made and delivered so very poor customer service in that respect. For a £2000 necklace, I expected a seamless design and professional, considerate customer service. Sadly, Kimai did not deliver on either front.

Love the unity necklace

It’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s elegant but different. You can wear it casually as well as when dressing up. I feel this necklace is timeless. Service from Kimai was great
