The Jammy Biscuit Cake

Cake arrived looked like the box had been dropped one one corner, opened the cake up and was so disappointed to see the cake and the ice packs it had been packed with was completely thawed. I tried to salvage the cake as much as possible, however as the cake was thawed the bag that was placed over the cake was stuck to the frosting, so when I took it off it came off with the bag, the chocolate drip was cracked and broken and I was just utterly gutted as, had it not been shipped so poorly it would have been a beautiful cake. We didn’t end up presenting this cake for the birthday party as it just looked too messy and lop sided really unfortunate as it was a yummy cake 👎🏼

Shocking customer service never received my refund after numerous emails back and forth. Never received the cake on time as promised via email. Then threatened me because I put a review on trust pilot so they withheld my refund. Never had the cake I refused delivery as it was 3 days late!! Also the delivery driver tried to hand it to me up side down… when instructions said keep right way up on the box!
